October 17, 2005 - 5:51 pm well, the husband and i seem to be on a somewhat stable financial ground. he's going to start a 3 month contract as a database administrator tomorrow. he has to wear suits! he's super cute. which means christmas shopping is about to start. that's right! i'm getting in early. it's going to be christmas to the MAX this year! xmas2xtreme4u! ... i feel so dirty. anyway, i have ideas about presents already. i'm excited about the whole thing. i love christmas like a fat girl loves ice cream. i am the fat girl so i can make that joke. and god, do i love ice cream. my friends are all pretty easy to buy for, except john who likes things very expensive and metrosexual. we're all waiting for him to come out any day! fingers crossed. i'll be getting a new mobile (cell) phone this week. mine has crapped out on me. it sucks and i have to resist the urge to throw it at a wall every day. but i'm looking forward to a new phone. oh, and, australian idol? totally gay.
