December 23, 2005 - 8:58 am my birthday was lovely this year. thank you for all the birthday wishes, it makes for a nice way to end my birthday. the only problem i had was that i picked up my new contact lenses, wore them, and struggled to take them out for about 2 hours. my eyes are sore as hell now. the rest of the day went as this - banana smoothie for breakfast, then scott and i went to mum's house for lunch. mum made lasagna and my favorite chicken pasta dish that she makes. soooo good. then we had chocolate cake and presents and it was all just a bit exciting. scott drove home and on the way, got my favorite gnocchi as take out but we didn't eat it. then we stopped at dairy bell and got my faaaavorite ice cream - rocky road. we went for a walk in the park and ate ice cream. so nice. we came home, watched barber shop and snuggled for a long time. i finally managed to get my contact lenses out. then i smoked some weed, ate some gnocchi and fell asleep wrapped up in the arms of my oh so wonderful husband. i'm all swoony and happy. there was no stress (bar the contact lenses) and no angry-penny, so i'm chalking this up to one of the best birthdays i've ever had. now i'm going to cruise ebay for some gucci rush. mwah.
