April 14, 2006 - 4:10 am i am sick as hell. what a fantastic way to start easter. i'm loading up on cold and flu medicine so that i can go out tomorrow night, but i don't think it's likely that i'll be able to drag my snotty miserable self anywhere except from the couch to bed and back. plus, my neck is playing up and i'm in a lot of pain. a lot of, i can't move pain, which does not bode well for dancing my ass off tomorrow night. why does this shit happen on a long weekend? because you KNOW i'll be fine once i get back to work. i got sick from scott, who was suffering this week. i thought i might be immune to it, but apparently not. ooh, i am CRANKY. on the upside, scott has been adorable, so sweet and nice to me and getting me stuff. he's very awesome. i am very lucky. a lot of people tell me that, too. they're just amazed at how well i did with scott, and i think, you don't even KNOW the shit i went through for him. i might be a little bitter that no one has said to him that he is lucky. come on! i'm a great catch! ... shut up, stop laughing.
